Qualifications:

• 5 years MINIMUM Experience Working in the occupation mentioned above/position is a must requirement.
• With exceptional communication skills
• Minimum Educational Requirement is 1 year Tertiary Level (completed)
• Could provide High School (Form 137), TOR & English medium of instruction certificate from both school levels – secondary & tertiary
• TESDA/High School graduates are welcome if they could show English test results (IELTS/PTE Academic)
• MUST HAVE READY PASSPORT
• MUST HAVE DRIVER’S LICENSE

Responsibilities:

• Build and install structures such as walls, floors and doorframes using blueprints and building plans.
• Removed damage or defective parts or sections of structures and repair and replace using hand tools.
• Inspect and replace damage structure s and fixtures and maintained, repair and renovate wooden structures.
