FLOOR MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Has a mastery of principles, practices and theories on all aspects of retail management
• Leadership and strong organizational skills, goal oriented, decision

Responsibilities:

• Making report analysis, negotiation, communication, interviewing, delegation, problem
  solving and conflict management.
• Controlling inventory to ensure sufficient stock especially fast moving SKUs and SVS agency lines, daily and weekly counts, shop specials or sales
• Control and reduce unnecessary operational expenditures in the areas of OT, packaging and labels
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards including stock level on the shelves, price tags and FIFO

Requirements:

• Coe / training certificate
• Nbi clearance
• 2×2 picture
