AV/LED Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years work experience is required for this position
• Extensive experience with AV systems and LED display technology
• Proven ability to configure, evaluate, upgrade, repair, and troubleshoot AV/LED systems quickly under pressure
• Solid knowledge of networking protocols, AV signal distribution, and display calibration
• Familiarity with LED video wall installation, AV system architecture, and network systems management
• Several years of relevant experience in the AV/LED field, particularly in large-scale installations and troubleshooting

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule AV and LED deployments.
• Ensure timely project follow-up by managing internal and external partners involved in installation, setup, and testing of AV/LED systems.
• Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot AV systems, LED display hardware, software, and network-level issues (Level 2).
• Provide technical guidance for AV and LED solutions to both the company and clients.
• Lead technical on-site interventions, including LED wall installations, AV system configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide local or remote technical support to international clients
• Extensive experience with AV systems and LED display technology
• Familiarity with LED video wall installation, AV system architecture, and network systems management
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent through experience) in a technical field.
