Project Manager

Qualifications:

• Must be bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related course
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction and civil, estimating, quantity surveying, project management and with appropriate qualifications to match.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations in the Indian context
• Excellent project management skills, including effective planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, including project blueprints and construction schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in construction management software, project scheduling tools and cost estimation software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to deliver projects within agreed time frame and budget
• Manage subcontractor engagement including compiling scope of works, tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents.
• Identify and manage conflicting priorities
• Ongoing knowledge of client contract requirements
• Provide technical direction and guidance to delivery team
• Ensure control of HSEQ at all times
• Ongoing project risk management
• Project liaison & preparing reports to the relevant manager
