Project Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Must be tertiary qualification in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction and civil, estimating, quantity surveying, project management and with appropriate qualifications to match
- Must have experience in the construction industry required.
- Must have experience in a leadership role recommended
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to focus and keep calm under pressure.
- Ability to keep track of multiple projects
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the team to deliver projects within agreed time frame and budget
- Supervise subcontractor engagement including compiling scope of works, tender packages, negotiating contract prices and conditions, reviewing contractor quotes and preparing final contract documents.
- Identify and manage conflicting priorities
- Ongoing knowledge of client contract requirements
- Provide technical direction and guidance to delivery team
- Ensure control of HSEQ at all times
- Ongoing project risk management
