Furniture Production Worker

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a passport.
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Knowledge of upholstery techniques and fabric handling for sofas and cushioned furniture.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality finished products.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and best practices in a production environment.
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials accurately.
• Proficient in using hand tools and woodworking machinery such as saws, drills, and sanders

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, build, and finish kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, TV chests, beds, sofas, and corner sofas according to design specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, fabric, and other materials for custom furniture construction.
• Operate tools such as drills, saws, sanders, and sewing machines to create precise and high-quality products
• Assemble furniture parts and apply finishing touches, such as sanding, staining, painting, or varnishing, to ensure a polished final product
• Perform upholstery tasks including cutting and fitting fabric, attaching cushions, and stitching covers for sofas and beds.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following all safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products, ensuring they meet design standards and functional requirements.
