Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passports
• Candidate must know how to communicate in English.
• Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, and create amazing baked goods.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and
• Ability to work in a hot, hectic environment; stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances; lift heavy items for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including artisan loaves, rolls and specialty breads.
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and quantity
• Monitor dough fermentation, shaping, proofing, and baking processes to achieve optimal result.
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods, such as cookies, bread, cakes, etc.
• Designing and improving recipes.
• Decorating and displaying finished products.
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.
• Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
