Female Cook

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have passports
• Can Communicate through English
• Ability to stand in one place for hours at a time, manage extreme heat and work shifts.
• Knowledge of safety procedures, including safe temperatures at which ingredients must be kept and to which food must be prepared to avoid foodborne illness.
• Know how to use different kitchen appliances.
• Knowledge of cooking different cuisines.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served.
• Cooking meat, fish, vegetables, pasta, sweets etc.
• Doing general kitchen work if it is required.
• Maintaining a clean work environment
