QA/QC Engineer

Qualifications:

• Male, 25 – 45 years old
• At least high school graduate
• With atleast 3 years experience
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• High attention to details to ensure proper manufacturing, installation, and operation of products
• Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate clearly and document critical aspects of the job
• Good mathematical skills and proficiency with computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Sincere work ethic for adhering to standards and managing potential harmful effects on timelines and budget, and the ability to operate under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001
• He is responsible for maintaining company certification to ISO9001, 14001 & 18001 through strict monitoring of systems processes and its operations on AJM UNITED job sites
• Assist the AJM UNITED Construction Manager to ensure that the investigation of all reportable incidents is conducted in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed
• Participate in Safety Interactions, record, and submit associated documentation
• Document quality assurance activities and create reports
• Make recommendations for improvement
• Monitoring an entire production process and performing regular tests to identify potential problems and malfunctions in the early stages
• Identifying the root causes of technical issues and performing corrective procedures or recommending fixes including preparing reports and documentations on errors and corrective measures
• Reviewing product blueprints and quality documentations
• Setting and tracking assurance goals
• Assist the AJM UNITED Construction Manager to ensure that the investigation of all reportable incidents is conducted in accordance procedures.
• Testing products and service to ensure that they meet quality standards
• Maintaining documentation of procedural changes
• Collaborating with external clients and suppliers to ensure that they meet quality standards

• Valid passport (not less than a year before expiry)
• Valid NBI clearance (not less than 6 months before expiry)
