Machine Operator (For Metal Floor Joints Production)

Qualifications:

• Must have worked in metal production industry
• Should know how to adjust machine parameters, measure accurately, and make precise cuts.
• Diploma in Industrial Technology major in Mechanical (additional technical training preferred)
• Forklift operation certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Operate PLC controlled machines like encoders. presses. and robots
• Knowledge in machine settings for different material quality and work conditions.
• Adjust machine parameters to make different products using various materials and designs.
• Do first line maintenance to avoid downtime
• Check the quality of products carefully and keep detailed records.
• Handle the operations of moving and changing metal coils smoothly.
• Can operate forklifts to feed cods to the production machine.
