BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience with BMS Systems, including programming, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Mechanical Systems.
• Proficient in the use of BMS Software, such as Honeywell, Siemens, or Johnson Controls.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design and configure BMS systems to improve sustainability and operational efficiency
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems operate correctly.
• Implement upgrades and enhancements to existing BMS infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other engineers and technicians to integrate building systems.
• Prepare technical documentation, including system designs and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct regular system audits and provide energy usage reports.
• Train staff on BMS operations and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
