AMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Customer service oriented with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive’s calendar, schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle a variety of special projects and assignments for the executive
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and managing files and records.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with special events and company functions as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
