Supply Chain and Warehouse Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, warehouse management, or related fields.
• Proven experience in managing supply contracts and working with high-level management.
• Excellent public relations skills, with experience in engaging with stakeholders in a community setting
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in preparing and presenting reports to senior management.
• Exceptional leadership abilities with a focus on team development and operational excellence.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and other relevant software.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee supply contracts, Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure the best terms and services.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
• Supervise all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution.
• Implement and maintain effective warehouse processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking and manage inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and present detailed quarterly reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting key performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Analyze supply chain and warehouse data to identify trends, optimize operations, and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders and government officials, to enhance the company’s public relations efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the warehouse and supply chain team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure that all team members are trained and compliant with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement performance management practices to monitor and enhance team productivity
