FACILITIES SUPERVISOR – ELV
Qualifications:
- Supervisory experience in managing ELV systems in luxury properties.
- Extensive knowledge of BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control and ELV systems.
- Advanced technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field or extensive hands-on experience
- Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong English skills, both written and verbal are mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the ELV maintenance team to ensure high-performance delivery.
- Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance tasks for ELV systems, including BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control and other security systems.
- Ensure compliance with ELV codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and coordinate necessary repairs.
- Oversee quality control of ELV technicians and repairs. Manage work orders, maintenance records and budgets.
- Train, mentor and supervise ELV technicians to maintain high standards of performance and safety
- Coordinate with the ELV Engineer on major ELV projects and upgrades.
- Collaborate with technology vendors to explore and implement innovative ELV solutions.
- Ensure ELV systems are seamlessly integrated to provide a sophisticated and secure environment for guests and staff
