SUPERVISOR PLUMBING

Qualifications:

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 5 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Supervises, assigns, and coordinates the work activities of subordinates.
• Plans and develops work schedules, equipment usage schedules, priority of plumbing expenditures, and procedures for plumbing systems maintenance.
• Estimates material and labor. Monitors the acquisition and use of materials. Maintains time, payroll, and material records and submits reports as required.
• Trains or informs employees of new work methods or procedures, changes in safety regulations,
• Ensures budgetary guidelines are met; prioritizes expenditures to stay within budget and assists in the preparation of capital and operations budgets.
• Overall role is to communicate organizational needs, oversee employees’ performance, provide guidance, support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in assembly, installation, and repair of pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water supply, and waste disposal systems for buildings: Trains new workers.
• Inspects work in progress and completed work to determine conformance to specifications.
• Performs duties as described under SUPERVISOR Master Title.
• When supervising workers who specialize in maintenance and repair of heating, water, and drainage systems in industrial or commercial establishments, is designated Plumber Supervisor, Maintenance.
