Manufacturing Worker (Confectionary)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machines, and verify product compliance with technical specifications
• Cleaning equipment and implementing preventive maintenance procedures
• Preserving data and information related to work and completed work and working on classifying and arranging them based on approved practices
• Full compliance with public health and safety policies and procedures when carrying out various works and operations.
• Preparing the necessary machines and trays for producing sweets and ensuring their readiness and cleanliness
• Preparing dessert ingredients.
• Carrying out kneading, fermentation, and preparing fillings and decorations from sugar and cream works.
• Forming sweets by pouring them into pots or by carving and decorating them according to the appropriate colors and patterns
• Transport the resulting waste while the machine is running and place it in the place designated for it
• Arrange the correct work in the place designated for it.
• Responsible for the optimal use of raw materials.
