PRINTING OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• MUST have currency printing experience

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates workload schedules with the Printing Senior Operator to meet clients’ timeframe requirements while achieving optimum productivity.
• Collaborate with Senior Print Operator & Print Assistant to run the printing machine efficiently and safe manner to achieve the set targets.
• Helps prepare, transport and load papers & Raw Material’s to the printing machine.
• Matches printing Ink for color variances, IR readability, and intensity against the appropriate approved security materials.
• Support the Senior Printer to achieve quality standard by continuously checking the printing work.
• Coordinates with print assistants to clean the printing machines upon completion of a specific job.
• Notifies the Printing Senior Operator of any setbacks or breakdowns in the printing machines and takes corrective actions accordingly.
• Shuts down printing presses by removing ink and paper
