Nurse Specialist

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years’ experience and willing to work in a Polyclinic
• With valid PRC license and passport.
• Preferably ex KSA with Saudi license.
• If not, must be willing to take Dataflow in the Philippines and Prometric in KSA
• Strong patient assessment skills.
• Knowledge of common dermatologic procedures.
• Excellent patient communication and education skills.

Responsibilities:

• Optimizing patient care by working with nursing staff
• Developing specialized treatment plans after patient examinations
• Educating patients and families on how to best manage their conditions.
• Incorporating practices to promote staff teamwork.
• Analyzing patient data and outcomes.
• Staying up to date with the latest developments in nursing practice and contributing to medical research.
• Allocating staff and resources to where they are needed.
• Identifying training needs and facilitating training for nursing students and staff.
