Qualifications

• Male Applicants
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• Proven experience as a Foreman Piping or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with a diverse range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Sound problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly identify issues, develop solutions, and make decisions under pressure.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures, with a commitment to promoting a safe working environment.

Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of piping crew members, including pipefitters, welders, and helpers, to ensure project milestones are met.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan piping installations and layouts in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards at all times, conducting regular safety inspections and promoting a culture of safety among team members.
• Monitor work progress, identify issues or potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues, address client concerns, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Conduct regular quality inspections to verify workmanship and adherence to specifications, and implement measures to maintain or improve quality standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional development and enhance overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate records of work activities, materials used, and labor hours, and prepare reports as required by project management.
