Qualifications

• Open to male and female applicants
• First-time applicants or ex-abroad candidates are welcome
• With experience in the same industry (butchery, supermarket, or catering services)
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Willing to work in the catering services industry
• Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and different meat cuts
• Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely
• Physically fit: able to stand or walk for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in cold environments
• Strong communication, task management, and customer service skills
• Willing to undergo additional training as required

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various types of meat according to company standards
• Display meat products attractively and ensure proper stock rotation
• Use knives, grinders, slicers, and other hand tools safely and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist customers with meat selection and provide product recommendations
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or quality issue
