Our employer in Saudi Arabia is in need of the following position:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience
• With Experience in Metal Manufacturing Company
• With Experience in GCC Country

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative and support tasks within the project
• ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY:
  • Collect daily and smoothly attendance data using biometric machines and manual attendance reports
  • Compile and generate daily and monthly attendance reports
• EMPLOYE REQUEST AND COMPLAINTS:
  • Received, process, and follow up on employee requests until completion
  • Handle employee complaints, ensuring they are processed and resolved in a timely manner
• TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION OF THE COMPANY:
  • Arrange transportation for project and coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient transpiration
• DATA MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY
  • Maintain and file both soft and hard copies of employee data
• INSURANCE MANAGEMENT OF THE COMPANY
  • Issue, add, modify, and delete medical insurance records of employees
  • Issue, add, modify, and delete vehicle insurance records
• SECRETARIAL AND COORDINATION TASKS:
  • Perform various secretarial duties and coordinate with different departments to support project operations
