MECHANICAL FITTERS SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• Candidates can speak and understand good English.
• Candidates must have at least 1 year in college study or 1 year vocational course

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience as team leader or supervisor
• Carrying out a high standards of housekeeping and safety with the work areas
• Maintaining quality and urgency in the work performed
• Ensuring team functions effectively and team members are trained and developed
• Conducting regular toolbox meetings and facilitate health, safety and environment initiatives
• Ensuring that work is planned and is progressed through the workshop so that the minimum of delay results and that high
• Quality customer satisfaction is maintained
