QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and numeracy skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized

Responsibilities:

• Review clients’ requirements and assess construction plans.
• Prepare and analyze project costings (materials, quantities, and subcontractors) to ensure the best value.
• Prepare reports, tenders, contracts, bills of quantities, risk assessments, and other related documents.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and analyze project outcomes.
• Coordinate with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to negotiate contracts and work schedules.
• Oversee construction activities until project completion.
• Source and monitor construction materials and ensure proper inventory tracking.
• Keep track of any changes in plans or designs and adjust budgets accordingly.
• Maintain professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel between office and project sites as required.
