TELEPHONE TEAM LEADER

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience is required
  • Candidates must be Arabic Speaking

Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with any complaints, take action where appropriate and communicate this to the Director of Front Office
  • Running effectively the switchboard and supervise the operators ensuring all are given the highest possible service
  • Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services and communicate this to subordinates so they can supply information and respond to guest queries
