TELEPHONE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience is required
  • Candidates can speak and understand Arabic Language and excellent communication in English

Responsibilities:

  • Responding to guest, answering questions and inquiries, troubleshooting problems, providing information and handling guest complaints
  • Follow and maintaining the efficiently manner as per hotel standards when talking to guest
  • Know how to operate switchboard or PBX system and Opera system

Requirements:
