RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• With minimum 10 years working experience
• Experience in a hotel rated more than 5 stars
• Implementation of food service standards
• Supervise daily cleaning of the restaurant and all food service areas, cleanliness and property integrity
• To deal with any complaints and suggestions received from customers, as well as suggestions and complaints related to the taste, service and relationship between the waiters and bartenders.

Job Description:

• To work proactively in ensuring, training and developing employee’s labor discipline and providing management
• Work closely with the chefs and continuously improve the restaurant’s operation
• Use and monitor the use of raw materials in the service that ensure labor safety, hygiene, safety and quality in the workplace

Requirements:

• Must have valid passport
• Detailed RESUME
• Certificate of Employment ( if available)
