MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

• At least 3-5 years experience as a maintenance supervisor
• Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and performance management
• Organizational and leadership skills
• Solid understanding of health and safety regulation and practices
