LAND SURVEYOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years work experience
• A Bachelor of Engineering (Surveying), or similar, relevant discipline, coupled with 4 years’ experience in Surveying.
• Understand the usage of GPS, Total Stations and Drone.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong report writing skills, organizing information in a coherent and logical way.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, employing a risk-based approach.
• Good technical knowledge and application in Surveying (topography, boundary definitions, cadastral etc

Responsibilities:

• We are specifically looking for someone who is an expert in GPS Survey, particularly with experience using the Sokkia Real-Time Kinematic (RTK) GRX3 GNSS System.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, and familiarity with 12D would be a significant asset
• Will be responsible for all surveying team related tasks, on site and office tasks.
• Managing all the survey requirements on the project/benchmarks.
• Researching land records and ensuring all compliance from authorities and stakeholders are satisfied.
• Lead in conducting field work/ surveys on land, work sites and properties.
• Data calculations, processing, corrections, and data manipulation.
• Report on survey results and present findings to clients.
• Liaison & collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects.
• Manage all sales and costings which include tender preparation.
• Ensure monthly sales target is achieved.
• Ensure that Surveying Equipment & asset assign to survey team are well kept.
• Programming of survey works, and resources needed.
