CALL AGENT (OPERATION SUPPORT SERVICES OSS)

Qualifications:

• 25-45 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Atleast 4 years experience in a customer care center center working environment or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fully conversant in computer operations, current version of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Knowledge in SAP operation and operation and procedures would be beneficial
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrate reliability and dependability.
• Demonstrate problem solving abilities.
• Full conversant in computer operations current version of Microsoft office word and excel
• four years experience in a customer care center working environment or related field

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and responding to customer’s emails
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
