Helper Mechanic

Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma in maintenance of medical devices.
• Experience of repairing hearing aids products.
• Five years of experience at hearing aids sector.
• Proficiency in written, reading and spoken of English Language

Responsibilities:

• Customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Verifies and analyzing Material/spare parts for audits purpose quarterly.
• SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) by following policies and procedures.
• Clean hearing aids using a brush and other hand tools.
• Check and analyze for defects by using a listening test or electronic test with the use of hearing aid analyzer.
• Replace defective components using a soldering iron and small hand tools.
• Close and evaluate acoustically.
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to the department’s activities and achievements to be submitted to line manager.
• Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by Line Manager
