CARPENTERS
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
- Proven experience and expertise in constructing wooden houses or similar wooden structures within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, technical drawings, and interpreting project specifications.
- Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble wooden houses and related structures within the resort premises, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.
- Interpret and work from blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to execute precise construction of wooden houses.
- Select and procure high-quality materials necessary for house construction while maintaining project budgets.
- Utilize a range of carpentry tools and machinery to cut, shape, and construct wooden components for houses and other wooden structures.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of wooden house construction within the resort project.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations throughout the construction process.
- Oversee and guide a team of carpenters and assistants involved in the fabrication and assembly of wooden houses
