CIVIL FOREMAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Important: MUST HAVE VOTER’S ID ( or VOTER’S certificate), UMID ID ( if none, NATIONAL ID or certificate), SSS Contribution, PSA Birth certificate, EREG, PEOS

Job Description:

• Overseeing the coordination of construction works specifically concreting, rebar, carpentry, excavation & backfilling, structural erection, and scaffolding works.
• Have experience with Doka “Jump-Formwork” for constructing vertical concrete walls. This experience can be from building concrete tank walls, heavy civil walls, hyperbolic cooling towers, concrete stacks or concrete building walls.
• Tracking availability of materials and consumables. – Implement work safety.
• Resolving site installation problems particularly modification and plan changes. – Make progress report
  Main thing is using Doka formwork.
