Operations Manager

Qualification:

• Seeking a manager to run its concrete operations here in Lae, PNG and taking it to the next level.
• Ensuring our customers receive high level of service and quality product fit for purpose.
• Previously managed Ready Mixed Concrete Plant
• Previous work experience as an Expat or overseas working experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• With concrete technology experience
• Ability to think and strategize for the company’s big picture goals
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a changing and multi-cultural environment

Job Description:

• Managing the day-to-day operations
• Overseeing Quantity Assurance / Control ensuring our customers receive highest quality product
• Developing and implementing operational improvement
• Develop a high-performance workforce
• Operational costs running within budgeted allocation
• The role reports to the General Manager and Group CEO.
