KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in repair and maintenance of kitchen equipments
• Knowledge of commercial foodserve (kitchen) equipment repairs, maintenance and installation
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams, schematics, and written reference/manuals.
• Ability to diagnose, asses and resolve problems of installation and/or repairs
• Knowledge in the operation of electrical control systems
