Our employer Jash Technical Services is in need of the following:

SR. SOFT SERVICE MANAGER

Qualifications:

  • Male Applicants
  • Minimum of 10 years work experience
  • BSC/BA in facility management , engineering, business administration or relevant professional qualifications (e.g., bics, cfm) will be an advantage
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent in organizational and leadership skills

Responsibilities:

  • Can oversee contracts and providers for soft services including cleaning, hospitality, landscape, reception, mail, archiving, waste disposal and recycling
  • Prepare reports , business cases  studies , and make written recommendations
  • Evaluate soft service members and conduct training / replacement if required
  • Conduct site visits and provide reports, including expected requirements and recommendations
  • Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives
  • Excellent in organizational and leadership skills
