Customer Service Technician

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Preferably 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience in testing and commissioning, relay and control panels, automation, or after-sales service is preferred.
• Candidates must be at least a High School Graduate.
• Experience troubleshooting and servicing protection and control panels.
• Knowledge of electrical control circuits, protection systems, relays, and panel wiring.
• Experience testing auxiliary relays such as DC supervision, timer, bistable, and I/O relays.
• Ability to interpret and understand electrical schemes, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of NCR investigation, fault identification, root-cause analysis, and corrective action.
• Familiarity with service ticketing or customer service portals such as C4C is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively with QC, engineering, production, testing, and commissioning teams.
• Saudi or GCC experience is preferred; Filipino experience is also acceptable.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Study, troubleshoot, and diagnose protection and control panels according to customer requirements, approved specifications, and electrical schemes.
• Provide technical support for automation, testing and commissioning, relay, control panel, and after-sales service activities.
• Investigate panel faults, electrical discrepancies, and operational issues and determine appropriate corrective actions.
• Conduct detailed examination of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) items to identify faults and technical defects.
• Perform internal repairs and corrective work on NCR items to minimize delays and support project continuity.
• Trace the root cause of defects and non-conformities and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) team for proper NCR documentation and resolution.
• Ensure NCR issues are accurately logged, monitored, corrected, and closed within the required timeframe.
• Update and close C4C service tickets through the designated portal.
• Ensure all required information is accurately entered in C4C, including the cause, resolution category, panel identification, and serial number.
• Test auxiliary relays, including DC supervision relays, timers, bistable relays, and I/O relays, to verify proper operation.
• Perform relay and control panel testing to confirm that circuits and components comply with approved electrical schemes.
• Support testing and troubleshooting activities for protection and control systems.
• Assist in identifying and resolving customer service and after-sales technical concerns.
• Support material handling activities related to NCR and loose materials.
• Ensure proper documentation, identification, tracking, and movement of NCR materials and loose components.
• Coordinate with testing, commissioning, production, engineering, QC, and other relevant departments to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of troubleshooting, testing, repairs, NCR resolutions, and service activities.
• Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, technical specifications, and established work processes.
