FRAMEWORK CONSTRUCTION WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants, preferably 23 to 30 years old.
• Must be a valid passport holder.
• At least a high school graduate.
• With relevant work experience in construction, formwork, carpentry, or related fields.
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual construction work.
• Willing to undergo a free 3½-month Japanese language training course.
• Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and varying weather conditions.
• Willing to learn Japanese work practices, safety standards, and construction techniques.
• Disciplined, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, assembly, and dismantling of formwork systems used in concrete construction projects.
• Prepare and install wooden, steel, or metal frameworks according to construction drawings and specifications.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials required for formwork activities.
• Support concrete pouring operations and ensure proper alignment and stability of framework structures.
• Handle construction tools, equipment, and materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform site preparation, cleaning, and material handling duties as assigned.
• Follow supervisors’ instructions and comply with Japanese construction standards and procedures.
• Observe all workplace safety rules and use personal protective equipment (PPE) properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and construction sites.
• Coordinate effectively with coworkers and supervisors to achieve project targets and deadlines.
• Participate actively in language training and cultural orientation programs.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of workmanship, productivity, and safety on construction projects.
