SENIOR MECHANIC

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience working in international automotive brand service centers such as Toyota, Maruti Suzuki, Chevrolet, Mercedes-Benz, Škoda, or similar manufacturers.
  • Strong experience in automotive repair, maintenance, and vehicle diagnostics.
  • Expertise in tires, wheel alignment, balancing, suspension systems, and steering components.
  • Experience in engine diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
  • Proficient in using automotive technical scanning tools, diagnostic equipment, and computerized vehicle analysis systems.
  • Ability to inspect vehicle mechanical, electrical, and engine components accurately.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, steering, and electrical systems.
  • Experience in identifying faults, troubleshooting issues, and recommending effective repair solutions.
  • Good understanding of workshop safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and supervise junior technicians when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and engine-related issues in various vehicle makes and models.
  • Perform preventive maintenance services, including oil changes, tune-ups, fluid checks, and component inspections.
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics using technical scanning tools and computerized diagnostic equipment.
  • Inspect vehicle engines, transmissions, suspension systems, steering systems, and other mechanical components to identify faults.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of defective parts and components according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Carry out wheel alignment, tire fitting, balancing, rotation, and related tire services.
  • Troubleshoot engine performance issues and perform necessary repairs to restore vehicle efficiency and reliability.
  • Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs to ensure proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and inspection reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, manufacturer standards, and workplace safety regulations.
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior mechanics and workshop staff.
  • Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and work areas in clean and serviceable condition.
  • Deliver high-quality automotive services while meeting productivity and performance targets.
