KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Age: below 30 years old
• Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in kitchen equipment repair, maintenance, or technical service
• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, freezers, grills, fryers, and food preparation machines
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in kitchen appliances
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring and refrigeration systems is an advantage
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical faults in kitchen appliances
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
• Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and hygiene compliance
• Replace faulty parts and coordinate with suppliers when needed
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance logs and service reports
• Ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and operational for daily kitchen use
• Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times
