KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only
- Age: below 30 years old
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in kitchen equipment repair, maintenance, or technical service
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, refrigerators, freezers, grills, fryers, and food preparation machines
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in kitchen appliances
- Basic understanding of electrical wiring and refrigeration systems is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment
- Troubleshoot and fix mechanical and electrical faults in kitchen appliances
- Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment efficiency and safety
- Inspect equipment regularly to ensure proper operation and hygiene compliance
- Replace faulty parts and coordinate with suppliers when needed
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Maintain maintenance logs and service reports
- Ensure all equipment is safe, clean, and operational for daily kitchen use
- Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times
