Pledge Construction & Trading Agencies is currently seeking skilled and experienced Ductmen for deployment to Qatar. The successful candidate will assist in HVAC duct installation, fabrication, maintenance, and related mechanical works for construction and building projects.

Qualifications:
- With relevant work experience in ducting and HVAC installation.
- GCC experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in HVAC duct installation, fabrication, and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, layouts, and installation instructions.
- Skilled in handling ducting tools, equipment, and materials safely.
- Familiar with workplace safety procedures and construction site regulations.
- Physically fit and capable of performing lifting, climbing, and installation work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a construction or HVAC team.
- Responsible, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills and willingness to follow supervisor instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, and secure HVAC duct systems according to project specifications and layouts.
- Assist in fabrication, modification, and fitting of ductwork components.
- Measure, cut, and prepare duct materials accurately for installation.
- Support maintenance and repair activities for existing ducting systems when required.
- Read and interpret installation drawings and technical instructions.
- Ensure duct systems are aligned, sealed, and properly supported during installation.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow workplace safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Coordinate with supervisors, HVAC technicians, and construction personnel to ensure smooth project operations.

- Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
- Employment certificates (previous to present)
- Trainings attended
- Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
