Taihei Dengyo Kaisha, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Millwright / Foreman specializing in steam and gas turbine generators. The role involves supervising and performing inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly of steam valves and related power plant equipment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, skilled in mechanical work, and able to coordinate tasks efficiently in an industrial setting.

Millwright / Foreman – Power Plant (Steam & Gas Turbine Generator)

Qualifications:

  • Male, aged 25–45 years.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly of steam valves or turbine generators.
  • Basic knowledge of English.
  • Good physical condition suitable for industrial work.
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and assembly of steam and gas turbine generators.
  • Supervise junior technicians and millwrights during installation and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other teams to support smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including maintenance logs and inspection reports.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
