Taihei Dengyo Kaisha, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Engineer / Supervisor with a specialty in steam and gas turbine generators to oversee inspection, maintenance, and assembly operations in power plant projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in QA/QC, material control, electrical/instrumentation, piping, and mechanical systems, along with strong leadership skills.

ENGINEER/SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

Male, aged 28–55 years.
Minimum of 5 years experience in managing inspection, maintenance, and assembly of steam valves and turbine generators.
Background in QA/QC, material control, electrical/instrumentation, piping, or mechanical systems.
Basic knowledge of English.
Good physical condition and ability to work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate inspection, maintenance, and assembly of steam and gas turbine generators.
Manage QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Oversee material control, ensuring proper handling and usage of equipment and components.
Coordinate activities across electrical, instrumentation, piping, and mechanical teams.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and assembly procedures.
Monitor safety procedures and enforce compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Provide guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
