PLANNING TEAM LEADER
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering fields.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Project scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera or similar)
- Project controls and baseline development
- Progress reporting and performance tracking
- Procurement coordination and project coordination systems
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience in engineering, infrastructure, or industrial projects is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning activities, including the development, review, and control of the project baseline schedule.
- Monitor, analyze, and report overall project progress to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Establish and manage project communication plans, reporting systems, and coordination procedures.
- Prepare and issue weekly progress reports, dashboards, and performance updates.
- Coordinate and control project procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and compliance with project schedules.
- Track project milestones and identify delays, risks, and potential bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support management in decision-making through accurate planning data and progress analysis.
- Maintain and update project planning tools, schedules, and documentation.
