Have the technical expertise to fabricate, assemble, and install high quality piping systems for industrial and construction projects? We’re hiring dedicated Pipe Fabricators / Pipe Boilermakers to support structural and mechanical works, ensure system integrity, and contribute to environments where precision, durability, and safety matter for leading employers across Australia.

PIPE FABRICATOR/PIPE BOILERMAKER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in pipe fabrication and structural support
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, including piping isometric drawings
• Ability to operate cutting and shaping tools, including Oxy-Acetylene/Plasma Cutter, and Drill Press
• Experience working with carbon steel and stainless-steel pipes
• Skilled in installing pipe accessories such as nozzles and pipe branches
• Capable of performing welding processes (GMAW & GTAW)
• Experience in oil & gas industry projects is a significant advantage
• Exceptionally good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Must be either IELTS exempt or an IELTS passer (as required by Australian work standards)
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle

Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install piping systems for industrial and construction projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and piping isometric drawings
• Operate cutting and shaping tools such as Oxy-Acetylene/Plasma Cutter, Drill Press, and other mechanical equipment
• Work with carbon steel and stainless-steel pipes to fabricate and assemble piping systems
• Install pipe accessories such as nozzles and pipe branches, ensuring precise placement and secure fitting
• Perform various welding processes (GMAW & GTAW) to ensure structural integrity of piping systems
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to ensure system designs are met
• Follow safety regulations and best practices while maintaining a clean, organized work environment
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
