Healthcare Assistant

Qualifications:

  • BS Nursing graduate and Registered Nurse.
  • At least 4 years of work experience in a Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) ward.
  • Currently working as a Med/Surg nurse in a hospital with at least 100-bed capacity.
  • No more than 6 months work gap.
  • Must be currently residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as mobility, hygiene, and feeding.
  • Support nurses and healthcare teams in delivering quality patient care.
  • Monitor patient condition and report changes to the nursing staff.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients.
  • Follow hospital procedures and patient care standards.
  • Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families.

Benefits:

  • 28,899 annual salary (approximately PHP 2M+ per year)
  • 39 hours per week working schedule
  • 4 weeks annual leave
