Pastry Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in bakery or pastry production.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Proven hands-on experience in bakery operations and pastry preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen or bakery environment.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and produce pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods according to recipes and production standards.
• Measure and mix ingredients, prepare doughs, batters, creams, and fillings.
• Decorate and finish pastry items using appropriate techniques.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and pastry preparation area.
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in proper storage of raw materials.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
