Waiter/Waitress

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in the same field.
• At least High School Graduate.
• No minimum educational attainment is strictly required, but relevant experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, present menus, and take food and beverage orders.
• Record orders and input them into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Accept payments through cash or credit card transactions.
• Assist the kitchen team in preparing simple food items such as sandwiches, pizza, soups, and salads following safety and sanitary guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ice cream dispensers and blenders when needed.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including clearing tables, returning trays, sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning utensils.
• Ensure restrooms and dining areas are properly maintained.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
