WALL & CEILING PLASTERER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Plasterer.
• Experienced in solid plastering, patching, skimming, and surface preparation.
• Ability to repair cracks, holes, and damaged walls or ceilings.
• Competent in interior painting and touch-up work.
• Experience in installing doors, door knobs, and basic hardware.
• Ability to repair or replace taps and faucets and perform minor plumbing tasks.
• Experience in repairing and replacing floor tiles.
• Experience in replacing broken or sunken brick pavers.
• General handyman or maintenance experience is highly regarded.
• Must either be exempt from the English language test or have passed an English proficiency test (IELTS or PTE Academic).
• Effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a four-wheeled vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Perform plastering work on walls and ceilings, including patching, skimming, and finishing surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces before plastering and painting.
• Repair cracks, holes, and damaged areas on walls and ceilings.
• Carry out interior painting and touch-up work when required.
• Install doors, door hardware, and basic fixtures.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including replacement of taps and faucets.
  Repair or replace damaged floor tiles and brick pavers.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations
