We are seeking skilled Finishing Carpenters to join upcoming construction and interior fit-out projects in New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced workers looking to build their careers overseas and work on high-quality building projects.

Finishing Carpenter

Qualifications:

• 45 years old and below.
• Minimum of 5 years overseas experience in finishing carpentry or interior works.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experienced in gypsum board installation and framing works.
• Skilled in installation of doors and windows.
• Knowledgeable in interior finishing and fit-out works.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality finishing work.

Responsibilities:

• Perform finishing carpentry works including interior trims, fittings, and detailed woodwork.
• Install gypsum boards, partitions, and framing systems according to project specifications.
• Install doors, windows, and other interior fixtures.
• Execute interior fit-out works ensuring high standards of workmanship.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and measurements accurately.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
• Work collaboratively with construction teams and supervisors to meet project deadlines.

For Overseas Work Experience:

• Updated CV in MS Word Format.
• Certificates of Employment from all previous employers.
• Copies of Employment Contracts.
• Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
• OFW Information Sheets.
