Work on major construction projects in New Zealand! We are looking for experienced Plumbers with strong background in new construction plumbing systems.

Roofer / Waterproofer

Qualifications:

  • Must follow all safety procedures and communicate effectively with the site team
  • Foreman or supervisory experience is an advantage
  • Must be 45 years old or younger
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Applicants must be physically present in the Philippines during the application process

Responsibilities:

  • Metal Roofing
    • Installation of longrun roofing (corrugated/trapezoidal profiles)
    • Experience working with Colorsteel or Zincalume
    • Installation of flashings, ridges, valleys, and barge boards
    • Familiarity with NZ brands such as Dimond and Steel & Tube
  • Waterproofing
    • Skilled in torch-on membrane, Butynol rubber, and liquid membrane systems
    • Experience working on flat and low-slope roofs
    • Insulation & Underlay
    • Installation of underlays such as Thermakraft or Tyvek
    • Installation of sarking and insulation materials
    • Knowledge of moisture barrier application
  • Gutters & Downpipes
    • Measurement and installation of aluminum or PVC gutters
    • Ensuring proper drainage slope
    • Connecting downpipes to stormwater systems
  • Flashings & Penetrations
    • Installation of flashings for skylights, chimneys, and vents
    • Proper sealing of all roof penetrations to prevent leaks

  • Copies of Employment Contracts.
  • Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
  • OFW Information Sheets.
